We begin with a scoping call to understand your situation, data environment, and what you are hoping to achieve. From there we prepare a brief engagement document outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables. Work only begins once we have both agreed on those terms. We keep the process straightforward — there is no lengthy procurement cycle required on our end.
No. You do not need a dedicated data science or engineering team on your side. What we do ask for is a point of contact who understands the business process we are working on — someone who can answer domain questions as the work progresses. For deployment, we will guide your team through the steps or work alongside whoever manages your systems.
Over three weeks, we conduct structured interviews with staff across relevant departments, review existing processes and documentation, and assess your current data landscape. We then score each potential AI application against two dimensions: likely effort to implement and expected business impact. The output is a visual map of prioritised opportunities along with a written summary of our reasoning — useful for planning future investments or making a case internally.
The prices shown reflect standard engagements within the defined scope. If your situation involves significantly different data volumes, additional integration requirements, or extended timelines, we would discuss that during scoping and adjust accordingly. We prefer to be transparent about pricing early so there are no surprises on either side.
We document a data handling protocol at the start of every engagement and share it with you for review. Data is processed only for the purpose of delivering the agreed work. We do not retain your data after project close unless specifically agreed, and we are happy to discuss specific confidentiality arrangements before work begins.
Delivery includes documentation, a walkthrough session with your team, and a brief period of post-delivery support for questions that arise during initial use. If you need longer-term support or an extension of scope, we can discuss that separately once the initial project concludes.
